Seeking a candidate with three years of “hands on” HR or HR management experience that comes from the manufacturing, oil & gas, or maritime services industry and is used to working with “hourly” employees in a multi-state area. This position will handle the entire U.S. for the company (twelve plus locations) and must be able to integrate the role here with the objectives, goals, processes and procedures of the company internationally. Must be able to think strategically and plan the development of staff to meet upcoming needs of the company. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have good people skills. BS degree is preferred but not required.
