Responsible for technical details and documentations for assigned products, and supports marketing with technical information for product promotions. Uses turbine/pump industry experience to perform daily activities.
Assist Program Manager and Product Manager to support product strategy defined by Product Technology Department.
  1. Provides technical support to create and revise technical and marketing literature.
  2. Supports and trains Product Specialists.
  3. Leads cross functional teams as assigned.  Team member for new product development projects..
  4. Creates and maintains product basic specifications.
  5. Responsible for supporting Business Unit including Application Engineers and Partner Services in application, product selection and non standard products.
  6. Supports Product Managers in price management activities, including setting the list prices, creating price pages and obtaining competitor information.
  7. Support training activities, including advanced technical topics relating to products for internal personnel as well as OEM partners and other external partners.
  8. Support Service Department in their development of service kit programs, service manuals and product fault resolution. Coordinate product problem resolutions with Service Department and our Partners.
  9. Maintains market related intelligence by attending trade shows and interacting with customers.
  10. Provide technical support in field when necessary.
  11. Coordinates and leads product related activities between various Company companies. Acts as liaison for OEM partners within the Company companies.


Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) with 7+ years related technical experience or equivalent technical background.
  1. Advanced knowledge of Company products and good technical ability is required.Sufficient education and experience to learn, troubleshoot, and train others in the application and use of Company products.Good mechanical ability is required to learn, troubleshoot, and train others in the application and use of Company pumps for all applications and associated equipment in systems where Company pumps are used.
  2. Good written and oral communication skills. Excellent organization skills
  3. Skilled at or has the ability to apply PC based software and main frame software.
  4. Ability to travel via normal commercial modes both within the US and Internationally as required.
  5. Ability to multi-task, solve technical product related problems and develop technical literature to support sales.
