Worldwide Emirates Services (managed by WTS Energy/) is looking for Business Development Manager to expand their current business in non-Oil & Gas / government sector in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. Identifying and offering services and workforce management solutions to clients, to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners in the region. Self starter to work under minimal supervision.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and making sure all client requirements are attended to.
- Establishing market penetration in in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate), generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
- Developing customized targeted business strategies
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM etc.) of prospective client information
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting· Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Bsc Degree or equivalent.
- Business Development experience in UAE (Energy or other Sector)
- 5-6 years in a similar capacity.
- Proven track record in Sales and New Business Development activities and achievement.
- Strong presentation/ communication skills with good understanding of business to business environment and excellent business acumen.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Bilingual – English & Arabic
