Procurement Specialist – CDMX
 

About The Role

For an important international Oil & Gas company we are currently looking for a Oil&Gas Buyer to work out of their office in Mexico City. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration or related field.

5 years of experiences as procurement specialist.

5 years of experience in Oil&GAS industry.

At least 5 years of experience in national and international Indirect Purchasing activities.

Strong knowledge of procurement Activities, contractual Terms and Conditions.

Familiarity with equipment, and services in the oil and gas sector.

Strong experience in RfI, RfP, and Bidding processes.

Good knowledge of the Mexican Supplier Market to support the vendor process, market limitations and specific regulations.

What you will do:

 
Responsible for handling Indirect Procurements for day-to-day operations, including advertising materials, Human Resources, HSEQ, Information Technology, Consulting, Legal Services, etc.

Responsible for procurement strategies and obtaining the required approvals in alignment with procedures.

Responsible for bids evaluation, including leading commercial negotiations.

Create and finalize contractual and procurement documents (contracts, contract amendments, purchase orders, etc.
