SURF PROJECT CONTROL LEAD

Paris area

Start date: January 2024 Duration: 1 year renewable

Activities

• HSE:

-Implementation of HSE requirements related to the service

• Coordination:

-SURF Package control with regards to progress monitoring, equipment delivery, processing and payments of invoices, cost reporting, detailed engineering documentation administration, package reporting, commercial matters all in line with the T&Cs of the contracts and instruction from Project

PMT, as well as general administration

-Monitoring of progress  on a weekly and monthly basis

-Follow up delivery of equipment

-Control and process of invoices (progress, milestones, reimbursable, COs, team mission expenses)

-Preparation and review of correspondance with Contractor

-Forecast of payments according with Contract and preparation of Package Budget S-curve

-Administration of detailed engineering documentation, transmittal from/to contractor, PMT and affiliate (through PRODOM) and monitoring of COMPANY responses

-Liaise with partners and Concessionaire to ensure validation of change order prior to launch execution

-Review of variation orders

-Close out of COMPANY audit reviews

-Management of SURF Package manpower plan

-Administration of Services to COMPANY

• Coordination and reporting:

-Coordination of the activities of the SURF Project Control personnel

-Preparation of Project activities report PMT Deliverables

• SURF Package Project Control referential
• SURF Package Project Control monitoring plan
• SURF Package Project Control periodical reporing
• Final report

Technical Requirements

– Advanced expertise in in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects & complex environment,

-Expertise in Project Control and contracts,

-English is the main language of the service,

-Part of the service will require worldwide mobility
