Responsibilities:

• Expertly navigate the accounting cycle, ensuring meticulous preparation and filing of tax returns and forms.
• Conduct thorough reviews of operations, identifying opportunities for tax savings and ensuring compliance with local statutes.
• Monitor tax return deadlines, reconcile Consolidated VAT from Projects, and confirm the accuracy of tax-related records.
• Stay ahead of the game by remaining up-to-date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws.
• Engage in Transfer Pricing Analysis and contribute to the development of optimized tax return strategies.
• Assist in the resolution of tax issues, respond to assessments, and apply for refunds.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Tax Specialist.
• University Degree in Business Economics, Accountancy Diploma, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with a preference for familiarity with IAS/IFRS.
• Expertise in fiscal and tax regulations.
• Bonus points for SAP proficiency and familiarity with main IT tools (especially Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent English proficiency and outstanding relational skills.
