Construction Laboratory Manager

For one of our clients, a world leader in the construction of infrastructure projects, we are looking for a Laboratory Manager at their headquarters in Curtea de Arges. The projects are of national importance and the contractual conditions are very attractive.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Coordinate technical and organizational activities in the laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards for testing activities.
• Analyze test results and sign related documents.
• Establish and maintain a quality assurance system.
• Monitor the timely implementation of measures following inspections.
• Approve technical procedures for testing.
• Responsible for training and implementing the quality assurance system.
• Adhere to technical provisions and standards for testing.
• Organize and implement the sample management system.
• Analyze test results and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Review test reports and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Laboratory Manager
