Location: Den Haag, NL

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance services is the provision of work for establishing quality requirements across the supply chain. This includes verifying the capability of suppliers and contractors and their understanding of the requirements prior to commencement of work.

Internal Quality assurance services is the provision of work for verifying project and operations team conform to processes.

 
Quality assurance work scopes are listed below:

• Lead supplier capability reviews, site audits and pre-purchase order awards.
• Manage Purchase Order Quality Requirements (POQR) and develop a verification, surveillance, and inspection plan according to equipment criticality and supplier risks.
• Review and approve supplier document submissions – QMS certification, Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Manage internal audit / self-verification plan and lead project internal audits / self- verification of internal team processes.
• Lead supplier conformance reviews and manage supplier capability gaps or non- conformance.
• Develop Quality Management requirements for contractors and suppliers. 

Quality Improvement

Quality Improvement services is the provision of work for defect prevention and the management of lessons for organizational learning.

Quality Improvement work scopes are listed below:

• Lead or support non-conformance investigation and corrective actions using client’s non- conformance management system (e.g., ESQ2).
• Where project non-conformance management are recorded on contractor’s system, ensure non-conformance records are replicated on client ’s non-conformance database (e.g., ESQ2) at regular intervals.
• Support processes for sharing knowledge and learnings (e.g., attend project lessons learned sessions, issue Quality alerts)
• Provide performance feedback for centrally managed suppliers or through supplier assessment reports for critical equipment suppliers.
• Lead or support project improvement programs (e.g., Right First 1st Time)

Potential roles and responsibilities of quality management services personnel are listed below:

• Perform as a member of the project / unit leadership team demonstrating values and behaviours and upholding the safety leadership principles.
• Familiarise and comply with HSSE requirements including any cybersecurity obligations when provided with computer equipment or secured access.
• Familiarize and comply with Ethics and Compliance requirements.
• Interface and establish relationships with project nominated EPCs or Engineering contractors to ensure alignment of quality objectives and deliverables.
• Interface with the central Quality team for alignment and execute as per the required Quality processes and procedures.
• Support PHSSERs and other project verification activities.
• Select, on-board and manage specialist or disciplined inspectors and quality personnel
• Manage project related supplier portal information.
• Perform a documented handover to client’s personnel at the end of the assignment.
• Issue project progress reports and KPIs to the accountable oversight person as per agreed intervals.
