Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Perform watch keeping navigational duties independently on the bridge
• Sail the vessel as well as hands-on activities on deck
• Prepare sailing plans, navigation and watch-keeping
• Support the master and crew

Qualification

• Valid CoC “Chief Mate II/2 – no limitation or “Chief Mate II/2 – all ships less than 3000 GT” 
• Valid seaman’s book, STCW documents including medical health certificate
• Experienced with manoeuvring, anchoring, handling and towing skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Good communication and administrative skills
• Fluently command of English language in word and writing
• Experience working on a Jack-up Barge
