JUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking several junior process engineers for a reputable client, below the available vacancies:

• 1 Process engineer intervening preferentially on studies or projects linked to the production of green Hydrogen or its derivatives (green ammonia in particular) – March 1
• 1 Process engineer working preferentially on CO2 capture and liquefaction studies or projects – March 1st
• 7 process engineers working primarily on natural gas processing and liquefaction studies or projects – March 1 – April 2 – May 4
• 1 Process engineer working preferentially on utility production and distribution studies or projects – May 1st
• 2 Process engineers working primarily on ethylene production studies or projects – May 2
• 2 process engineers working preferentially on refining or efuels production studies or projects. – April 2

 
 
Main Responsibilities:
The SERVICE PROVIDER will ensure the completion of the following tasks:

• Participates in the definition of rules and criteria for sizing equipment, instruments and piping.
• Writes the technical descriptions of the Processes, Utilities and Supports units (e.g. Torches and Storage).
• Develops and writes Calculation Notes for the definition and sizing of equipment, instruments and piping.
• Participates in the drafting of process specifications and technical data sheets for equipment and instruments (Process data sheets – PDS for Equipment and Instruments).
• Participates in the definition of diagrams and control and safety systems for the installation under development.
• Participates in the development of detailed engineering and process schematics and diagrams (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram – P&ID).
• Participates in the development of process diagrams (Process Flow Diagram – PFD).
• Participates in the development of material balances and heat balances (Heat and Material Balance – HMB).
• Reviews and verifies documents issued by other Engineering Disciplines and by suppliers/vendors.

 
 
 
Qualifications:

• “Master” level university degree in chemical engineering (Chemical Engineering) and/or Process Engineer (Process Engineering).
• Mastery of the specificities of the process engineering profession,
• First skill in Engineering of 1 year minimum required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork.
• Know-how of technologies and installations related to one or more of the missions
• Knowledge of applicable codes (API, ISO, etc.).
• Knowledge of process calculation software such as Hysys
• Mastery of the office suite (World / Excel / Power Point)
• Good level of English (spoken/read/written)
