Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10 years of Human Resources experience in global companies.
• Minimum of 5 years specializing in Global Mobility, focusing on the management of expatriates.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility processes, including immigration and Mexican social security.
• Experience coordinating the full international assignment process; mobility policy management, household goods shipping, destination services etc.

What you will do:
• Serve as the sole local HR point of contact in Mexico for current and future expatriates, as well as for trainees on assignment in Mexico.
• Coordinate and interact with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Managers, Payroll, Corporate Global Mobility, HR departments from other business units, IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Coordinate and interact with external stakeholders, such as tax and relocation service providers, moving companies, real estate agents, immigration lawyers, and other third-party company providers, while managing related deliverables.
