About The Role

For an important international Company, we are currently looking for an IT MANAGER to work out of their office in Mexico City. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; preferably Master degree, in the fields of information Technology /Information Security, Business Information Management or Administration.
• 10 years of experience as an IT Manager, overseeing the IT delivery process and responsible for IT projects such as IT Transformation, SAP Implementation, Cloud Infrastructure, Operations Centers, and Service Delivery
• Experienced in developing and managing IT budgets and negotiating with IT suppliers to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks. 

What you will do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT Department to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of companies IT systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise.
• Strategic planning, managing IT projects, ensuring security and data protection, managing budgets, and overseeing the support and administration of IT systems and services.
• In alignment with IT Infrastructure Services, ensure availability of local onsite support service resources.
• Manage IT department services and prepare management reports of department activities, tasks, and operational metrics.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts and service level agreements and perform vendor audits.
• Participate in cyber security processes such as change control and system audits.
• Upgrade and support of business systems.
• Build/configure/troubleshoot hardware/software enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
