For an important International Oil & Gas Company, we are currently looking for a HR & Operations Trainee to work in Mexico City.

To be successful in this Role, you need:

Bachelors in Business Administration, Psychologist (In progress, almost to finish)

Interest in the development of the HR area

Service attitude

Adaptability

Advanced English

Advanced Excel (Must)

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of employee records: this includes updating employee database, handling employment related documentation and maintaining organized files.

Participation in onboarding processes: Assist in the preparation of induction materials, coordination of onboarding activities and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

Labor Relations Management: Participate in the resolution of labor disputes, assist in internal communication and support in the implementation of policies and procedures.

Operations management assistance: This may include administrative tasks, coordinating logistics for corporate events, handling correspondence and internal communications, among others.

Regulatory compliance support: Assist in monitoring and complying with labor regulations, preparing compliance reports and updating policies and procedures as needed.

Vincere: Support in managing information within the system.

Timesheets: Control and management of engineer timesheets.

Document Management: Structuring of employee folders for greater documentation control.

Information Tracker Management: Courses, medical exams and field engineer certifications.

Location based: México City
