About The Role
 
For an important international Energy company, we are currently looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to work out in Mexico City. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, and are client- and service-oriented, you could be the perfect fit for this role.
 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Technical Support Coordinator.
• Proven experience in technical support roles, preferably in first level (cell phones, laptops, and printers).
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, with a genuine desire to help and resolve their problems.

 
Technical knowledge:
 

• Microsoft office 365
• AWS
• ITIL
• Service now.
• BeyondTrust

 
What you will do:
 

• Lead a first-level technical support team.
• Serve as a coach for the team, providing guidance on best practices in the operation of the area.
• Responsible for supervising scheduled work for the shift, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all output, recognizing, and documenting production problems and taking recommending action to correct them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service and support.
• Observe and recommend changes to increase operational efficiencies.

 
Mandatory skills:
Good English communication skills.
