Job Description
We are seeking a HR Business partner who will serve as a strategic partner and consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. The role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture, and its competition.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Understand the business unit’s strategy and align HR initiatives and functions with the business strategy.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
• Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives in the business unit

Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant HR Advisory / Business Partner experience as you need to feel comfortable to advise and decide on various HR issues, on an operational and tactical level.
• Detailed knowledge about Dutch labor law
• Previous experience in an operational as well as a corporate working environment.
• Experience in the oil & gas sector- nice to have
• Eligible to work in The Netherlands.
• Languages: English, Dutch
