Main Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning of ammonia plants OR urea plants, depending on your experience
• Ensure the designated equipment and components are designed, installed, tested, and operated according to the operational requirements
• Identify and resolve technical problems that may arise during the commissioning phase
• Ensure coordination with the relevant internal departments, Licensor, Vendor
• Participate in the selection of suppliers and contractors, leveraging technical expertise to evaluate bids and capabilities and oversee the procurement process
• Focus on QA/QC during Procurement phase
• Design Optimization

 
Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Around years of experience in commissioning
• Specific experience in ammonia plant commissioning
• In-depth knowledge of ammonia production processes, systems, and equipment
• Experience using equipment supplied by Indian, Chinese and/or Russian companies is preferred
