Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of electrical devices, equipment, and systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining batteries and other electrical components to ensure optimal performance for our clients.
Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including batteries, circuits, and control systems.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and testing of electrical systems and devices.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
• Proficiency in battery maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Day-to-day

• Inspecting and testing electrical systems and components.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with batteries and other electrical equipment.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop maintenance plans and solutions.
• Providing on-site technical support and assistance to clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
