Job Description

The Site supervisor is the reference person during the execution of the work. He coordinates the jobs from the start of the work through to the financial and administrative handling. Participating in construction/project meetings on-site is part of the function.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting execution plans and assembly budgets
• The financial and administrative handling of projects
• Ensuring the safe execution of work in accordance with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plan and VCA (Safety, Health, and Environment Checklist for Contractors) guidelines
• Monitoring and adjusting the progress of the work, both resources as well as administratively and financially
• Maintaining contacts with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Participating in the 24/7 emergency service

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience;
• The potential and ambition to grow within the organization;
• Experience working with high-voltage installations is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Service-oriented attitude;
• You enjoy working in a team and have strong leadership skills;
• The willingness to follow training that are required for this position;
• You have a good command of English and Dutch
