Site Assistant – Civil works

Job Summary

Oversees construction activities by planning, organizing, and coordinating sub-contractors and resources on site.

Main Responsibilities

•   Manage sub-contractors by monitoring and controlling performance according to week-ly and monthly targets.

•   Provide on-site assistance to ensure timely completion of assigned construction pro-jects.

•   Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and procedures by staff and subcontractors, adhering to legal regulations.

•   Supervise activities related to concrete structures, including minor bridges, overpasses, underpasses, and culverts.

•   Assist the Site Manager in developing work schedules and delivery plans for materials to maintain site activity continuity.

•   Provide detailed daily production reports to track costs and progress.

Qualifications

•   Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

•   Over 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

•   Preferably a bachelor’s degree.

•   Language skills: Romanian (mandatory), English (preferred).
