Job Description:
We are seeking an Technical Administrative Assistant with previous experience in Oil &Gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and coordination support for the general day to day running of the business
• Providing logistics support to the project team
• Assisting with facilities management including the management of subcontracts for the day to day running of the offices (cleaning, IT, catering etc)
• Supporting with HSE administration & record keeping ensuring the business is compliant at all times
• Administration support for the Quality Management System including support with internal and external audits.
• Support HR function with personnel processes and associated administration
• Support business function to ensure training and competency is maintained and update to date and coordinating required training
• Support Business Development function with sales and marketing admin support
• Management of company travel/visa requirements
• Raising purchase orders etc

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role with an engineering company would be an advantage
• High level of MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity of relevant technical documentation and drawings
• Effective communicator with ability to liaise with Client contacts, including site-based personnel, technical discipline staff and project management.
