Purchaser(offshore Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities

· Procurement activities (mainly for General services) as per usual Oil&Gas process

· Preparation of bidders list (the purchaser must know Vendors)

· Vendor pre-qualification (compliance & due diligence process)

· Preparation and follow up of a call for tender

· Purchase Order issuance in SAP

· Follow up of each step in organized and tidy Excel spreadsheets

· Filing of all RFQ documents on the server, in the right folders, with the right numbering & hierarchy

· Mastering SAP

· PO issuance

· SES issuance

· GR issuance

· CAOF issuance

· Versatality:

· RFQ and commercial negotiations for general services subcontracts and Purchase Orders (car rental, hotels, IT, stationaries, etc)

· RFQ and commercial negotiations for Oil&Gas related equipment (PPE, freight forwarders, agencys, fittings, etc.)

 Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Minimum 8 years experience in purchasing role with focus on offshore Oil & gas/marine industry.
