EPC Substation Estimator Location: Houston, TX

Are you an estimator with experience in substation construction and EPC projects? We’re a recruitment firm connecting professionals like you with top-tier energy companies. Our client is looking for an EPC Substation Estimator in Houston, TX to play a key role in complex transmission, distribution, and substation projects.

Your Role:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to develop bids.
• Visit job sites to gather data and ensure accurate estimates.
• Review project budgets and provide solutions to improve cost-effectiveness.
• Support contract reviews, change orders, and compliance requirements.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in high voltage substation and transmission construction or EPC projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
