Position:

– Job Title: Senior Urea Marketing and Sales Strategist.
– Location: Middle East 

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize the value of urea in global markets.
– Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the client base and market presence.
– Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with corporate policies.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to optimize commercial strategies.
– Manage relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to their needs.
– Coordinate sales logistics and product evacuation to ensure efficient inventory management.
– Facilitate urea imports when necessary to meet domestic market demand.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce (Administration, Marketing, Finance) or Engineering with relevant sales and marketing experience.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or marketing of nitrogen fertilizer products (urea, ammonia, phosphates, etc.), with a focus on urea.
– Proven experience in large-volume sea shipments (20,000 MT – 50,000 MT).
– Deep knowledge of the global fertilizer market and prior experience in leading companies such as Koch, Yara, OQ, Incitec Pivot, Fertiglobe, CSBP, Ameropa, Sabic Agri-nutrients, Fitco, Nitron, CHS, Mosaic Fertilizer, OCP, Samsung, among others.
– Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and commercial relationship skills.
– Fluency in English (written and spoken).
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
– Ethical approach and commitment to best business practices.
