Training Center Consultant:

Experience in the design and implementation of training programs especially in the technical field for theoretical and practical laboratory training, for specialized staff involved in oil field main and supporting activities and all other related training and educational programs related directly or indirectly with oil field and oil industry specialities. This includes, but not restricted to, the following technical and scientific specialities: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Computing and Networks, Automation Systems, Drilling Technology, QA/QC & Sampling, Site Auditing, Safety / Security, Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm systems, Occupational Health & Safety, etc. Job Duties: – Analyse, design and implement training program for related technical and supporting specialities necessary for local oil field activities. – Calculate and identify training needs based on organization needs and local population educational background, including high school and university level graduates.

– Review and adapt building design for Training Center facilities, class rooms, laboratory training rooms and other educational infrastructures in accordance to calculated training needs and designed training program.

– Provide advise and consulting services to organization regarding courses, specialized seminars, training tools and specialized laboratory equipment.

– Correlate and assure that Training Center building design is in accordance with training program design and building facilities and infrastructures.

– Consider and include in building design future predictions and trends regarding educational and training needs.

– Provide expertise for the planning and design of training facilities. – Review Architectural and MEP design drawings related with training programs and training center operational and functional needs as analysed by training consultant. – Plan policies, procedures and training platforms related with training center needs and functions. – Cooperate with organization and building design consultant.

Qualification: – A university or master’s degree in relevant scientific educational or professional field. – Minimum 8 years demonstrable experience in design and planning of related educational and training programs and training facilities functions. – Ability to cooperate and work with design team. – Training experience.
