Job Description

The Lead Engineer role will support multiple disciplines across a project to ensure successful delivery through the development stage. The role will also require technical coordination and management of various interfaces and work streams, implementing risk methodology, best practices and tools for the offshore wind team.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for the engineering, preparation and execution of the projects;
• developing method statements for works before execution;
• optimizing and implementing the method statements in practice;
• monitoring the progress of the project, participate in coordinating activities in the field, optimize and fine-tune where necessary
• taking care of ad hoc needs of the project and actively respond to questions from the project management;
• ensuring planning, production reporting, budget control and cost monitoring.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a

related field,

Experience with either Cables, Wind, Offshore Wind, Electrical, Marine.

experience in engineering, project preparation and execution of offshore wind energy projects;

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for wind energy

projects

Excellent analytical, practical and pragmatic skills;

Supervisory and coaching skills to provide guidance to other engineers;
