Job Description and Tasks

The IT Specialist will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of working systems and equipment, with a strong emphasis on security.

It will represent the first point of contact for employees and managers about all IT issues of the site/project, functioning as helpdesk.

IT Specialist will install, configurate and maintain hardware, software and networking system. He/she will respond to IT tickets ensuring timely resolutions of the problems and providing excellent customer service. Under supervision of IT Manager, conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and maintain data integrity. Implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and security.

Requirements

Good knowledge of IT systems, networking, hardware, and software.  Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms. Ability in implementing and managing security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.

Problem solver and customer oriented, he/she has good communication skills, good command of English language and ability to work in an international environment quick paced.

Place of work: Barzava (55 km from Arad) and availability for short-term mission (about two per month) in Timisoara, Shagu, Oradea.
