Requirements:

–    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Human Resources / Administration
–    5+ years of experience in payroll / human resources
–    Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
–    Proficiency in using MS Office 
–    Strong problem-solving skills 
–    Great interpersonal skills 
–    Ability to work well in a team environment 
–    Strong oral and written communication skills 
–    Good time-management skills 
–    Ability to work well under pressure
