Camp Manager

Leading construction company specializing in infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Manager to oversee a railway project in the city of Timisoara.

Job Description:

• Assures maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
• Supervises staff.
• Manages of catering.
• Assumes responsibility for checking in and out camp grounds and non-camp groups and maintenance of records.
• Performs periodic inspection of all facilities and management of garbage.
• Supports other departments for maintaining standard first aid supplies, and health records to ensure proper documentation of accident claims resulting from camp participation.
• Maintains liaison with suppliers and parties involved in the facilities management.
• Responsible for weekly camp attendance summary, program evaluation, counselor evaluation, and other required reports.
• Acts as the first point of contact for security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
• Assumes responsibility for inventory.
• Maintains liaison with HR, Construction and Project Management.
• Assists in the evaluation of camp programs and personnel.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, building construction, and electrical skills will be an asset.
• Knowledge about catering management is required.
• Having a least 10 years of experience in workers management in construction or similar industries.
• Having worked abroad and with foreigners is a must.
• Fluent in English, Romanian.
