International Internship as Facility & Project Engineer

About The program

Two year’s -round program places the best master graduates in positions that they will grow both technically and personally through their experience working closely with their Mentor, and team.

Receive first-hand practical knowledge in Facilities & Project engineering to help your professional development. Gain international work experience through experiential learning around the 24 months of program.

International Program Overview:

As a Facility & Project Engineer, you will participate in a 24-month internship where you will rotate through all departments of the company (national and international), to develop a broad knowledge of how operations work.

Mandatory skills:

• Master’s degree, equivalent or PhD Drilling, (Petroleum Engineering or E&P related field)
• University study in a reasonable timeframe and demonstrable academic achievement.
• At least one E&P relevant internship.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English language skills.
• International experience (internship and / or study abroad, school exchange).
• Strongly developed social and interpersonal skills.
• High flexibility and willingness to work internationally.
• Commitment to follow and promote company HSEQ policy.

What you will do:

• Be part of a committed team and participate in challenging and meaningful business relevant projects in domestic and international assignment locations.
• Clear experience-based technical supervision from senior staff, proactive support from mentors and SPEAD coordination.
• As Project Engineer you will take a role with increasing responsibility in a multidiscipline project team to develop and manage project scopes from a feasibility study, during the technical design, plant installation until commissioning and start-up for an oil and gas plant.
• Provide engineering support in development projects, ensure maturity and deliverables through project gates as per management system.
• Deliver engineering deliverables throughout project lifecycle from front end to project execution.
• Multidiscipline interaction with exploration, subsurface and D&W pursuing business opportunities.
• Close interaction with supply chain in contracting strategies and tender processes, technical focal for EPCI contracts.
• Technical liaison with headquarters functions in your technical expertise.
