About The Role

For an important international Oil & Gas company we are currently looking for a Project & Facilities Advisor to work out of their office in Mexico City. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of working experience leading general services activities.

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience working with service contractors.

Knowledge in Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.

Experience in managing multi-site locations, vendors and capital projects.

logistic experience.

Develop and manage annual budget operation.

Availability to travel.

What you will do:

Supervise and coordinate the general maintenance of company’s premises including residential accommodation, monitor office supplies stock and deliveries, as well as service contractors, in line with the Corporate Management System Guidelines.

Supervise the performance of service contractors to ensure they provide the expected service.

Handles contract administration.

Performs liaison activities between Company-contractors/Suppliers to resolve all issues related to commercial and operative aspects.

Ensure that office and household equipment are properly maintained.
