Reports to: Project Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise with government and private entities to obtain all required permits to work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report on permit coordination status.
• Collect and prepare all required documents for permits processing.
• Apply work permits requests to all government and private entities.
• Follow-up permits applications progress.
• Coordinate between Project team and other stakeholders whenever required during permits processing.
• Arrange meetings and workshops to ensure involvement of different stakeholders in the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor level qualification in relevant degree (Engineering, Public Relations, etc).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong working knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to infrastructure project in KSA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
