JOB TITLE COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Position: Company Site Representative (CSR)
JOB PURPOSE
• Manage Worksite fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the Main Development Project Scope of works, including the Access Road, Site Preparation for the Well Pad, PSCC1 and EPSCC2 Scope of Works, ancillary items, etc., ensuring achievement of the works according to Contract specification and quality.
• Responsible for ensuring implementation of Contract HSE requirements and improvement plan with accountability for achievement of Project HSE Objective at the Worksite.
ACTIVITIES
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
• Manage the COMPANY Worksite team, in order to achieve a proper control of all CONTRACTOR activities for all areas and disciplines. Ensuring resources adequacy with regard to the needs, including proposing optimization in the organization to Construct Manager
• Ensure good coordination and communication within his team, CONTRACTOR team and other relevant parties at the Worksite to promote good team working environment and highly motivated team.
• Ensure adequate supervision of all the Worksite project activities: fabrication, assembly, integration, construction, load-out, etc., to ensure completion of scope and achievement of the project objectives in terms of safety, schedule, cost, quality and in accordance with contract specifications.
• Coordinate Contractor and Subcontractors fabrication, integration, assembly, construction, scheduling, interfaces, etc., to ensure effective organization and efficient performance on the work.
• Ensure appropriate control of project documents at the Worksite and assure proper dissemination of information within the team.
• Continually assess Contractor / Subcontractors resources mobilization and organization for adequacy and optimal utilization; proactively highlighting shortfalls and following up with Contractor to ensure remedial action early with impact on scheduled progress
• Be proactive at anticipation of problems related to the work; articulating necessary preventive, mitigation or corrective actions, and enforcing Contractor and Subcontractors implementation of necessary actions.
• Keep abreast of contract requirements as they affect the Worksite scope of work, and to participate in evaluation and analysis contractual communications from Contractor related to the Worksite activities.
• Verify consistency between detailed engineering, construction engineering, procurement documentations and construction methodology, as relevant for fabrication, integration and construction activities, ensuring to seek assistance when necessary from COMPANY engineering team on site queries from Contractor.
• Identify and report to hierarchy potential change request or scope modification. Asses challenges and prepare recommendations with necessary supporting document.
• Review and comment (or approve where applicable) project documents: Method Statements, Work Procedure and any other Contractor deliverables in due time as required.
• Review and analyze Work Planning and Schedule updates, in coordination with the COMPANY Project Control team, in order to optimize and avoid clashes in work sequences and between activities of Contractor / Subcontractors.
• Monitor the expected versus achieved Works using necessary tools and techniques including computer software, focusing on potentials for delay and adequacy of resources, and reporting accordingly.
• Organize project meetings at the Worksite involving relevant entities: Contractor, Subcontractor and COMPANY team, as required or necessary on issues related to or that affects the works and ensure tracking and implementation of action points and dissemination of information within the package.
• Consolidate and issue the Worksite activities daily, weekly and monthly internal reports; and any other specific report as may be requested by hierarchy.
• Assist with inputs to any specific project reports, presentations, etc., as may be requested by hierarchy.
• Follow up and track procurement items deliveries vis-a-vis construction schedule requirements, and implementation of required or necessary inspection activities, ensuring materials and equipment compliance to project specification and good quality.
• Ensure that site modifications are requested, approved, implemented and documented for as-built in accordance with approved procedures.
• Responsible for follow up and coordination of all load-out operations and activities at the Worksite.
• Liaise with COMPANY Construction Manager on routine basis for resolution of construction issues.
• Ensure that as-built dossiers comply with all QA/QC requirements and is in accordance with project specifications.
• Responsible for the preparation of the closeout reports for the construction activities.

• Delivering of assigned project on time, at cost, maintaining best Survey practices (Nigerian & international) and ensuring compliance with TEPNG HSE rules & objectives
Ensuring Ubeta Project Site Work are executed in line within Specification and schedule.
HSE OBJECTIVES
• Give HSE the highest priority and ensure that Contractors works in accordance with COMPANY rules and procedures, with particular attention to health, safety, environment and sustainable development.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to HSE and quality management.
• As an individual, be responsible for your own Health and Safety. Do nothing that can cause harm to you or your working colleagues or associates.
• Be responsible for the safety, integrity and environmental requirements related to all project activities
• Monitoring the HSE performance of the installation Contractors and of their subcontractors, to ensure compliance with documented Project HSE Plans and Procedures in order to achieve contractual HSE requirements.
• Initiate STOP procedure for unsafe acts.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Degree or Higher Diploma (or equivalent) in relevant engineering discipline: mechanical, structural, etc, with proven sound Oil & Gas fabrication and construction working experience (5 years minimum) at level of a Construction Superintendent or its equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Oil and Gas industry construction activities.
• Good knowledge of international design codes / standards and COMPANY general specifications.
• Experience in management of multiple skilled and diverse teams. Should be team oriented with good communication, motivational, coordination and delegation skills.
• Good computer skill, particularly office Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and in written).
