Construction manager
Responsibilities:

• oversee all aspects of the infrastructure projects (highways)
• in charge of planning, executing, and managing construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams and contractors, promoting teamwork and efficient work processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and review construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality on the construction site.
• Act as a liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve complex problems.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
• Willingness to learn and grow within our organization.
