Users realise and accept that WTS Energy is a recruitment and manpower supply company and as such works as a middleman between Users (as Candidates for Jobs) and Clients (Organisations who have vacancies they wish to fill and for which they are willing to consider Candidates introduced by WTS Energy.
Employers (”Clients”) use “The Services” to find employees. Your information may be shared with them. WTS Energy cannot and will not accept any responsibility and liability for the manner in which “Clients” use and safeguard your information. WTS Energy thrives to work only with Reputable Client organisations who will have their own structures and systems in place to guard and protect your personal data under GDPR and associated legislation.
WTS Energy is a Recruitment company and will use your CV and Personal information to market your candidacy as an employee to prospective Clients. WTS Energy may present your profile, CV data and other data you have supplied to their Clients (‘Employers”) with the aim of generating a job offer for you. By registering your CV and details on this website you give WTS Energy the right that they can at all times, with or without your specific permission share your data, CV and other information with their Clients (Employers) for the purpose of jobs and candidates matching.

Data Breaches – our procedures ensure that we have safeguards in place to identify, assess, investigate and report any personal data breach as early as possible. Our procedures have been explained to all employees.

GDPR Roles and Employees
WTS Energy has established an Incident Response Team (IRT). The IRT consists of a Responsible Person, Security Administrator and a group of Incident Controllers. This group is staffed by suitability skilled individuals. The IRT is responsible for promoting awareness of the GDPR across the organisation, assessing our GDPR compliance, identifying any gap areas and implementing the new policies, procedures and measures.
