These last months, we have received great news: our offices in Romania, Nigeria and the UAE were awarded the ISO 9001 certification. Our UAE office was also granted with the ISO 14001 certification. But, why is this big news?
ISO 9001 is a set of quality management systems standards that help organizations ensure they meet customer and other stakeholder needs within statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.Â
It is given to organizations:
- demonstrating its ability to consistently services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
- aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
WTS Energy could achieve this certification for Manpower & Recruitment Services in Romania. In the case of Nigeria, said certificate was granted for all our services, namely Manpower & Recruitment, Workforce Management & Training, and Operations & Maintenance.
