Asset integration Lead

About The Role

For an important international Energy company, we are currently looking for a Asset integration Lead to work in Mexico. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

To be successful in this Role, you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in piping projects.
• Strong knowledge of applicable Codes and Acts, best practices for design, construction, and commissioning of Mechanical systems and related facilities (ASME, ANSI)
• Proficient in reading and understanding mechanical discipline drawings including P&IDs, piping isometrics, general arrangements, mechanical system drawings.
• Able to work efficiently and productively in both a team environment and independently.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:

• Lead the project process to ensure complete integration of project assets into operations (records, actions, and coordination of turnover requirements)
• Development of risk based operational integrity plans (plans dealing with the life cycle management of systems and equipment).
• Development of operating procedures that details system maintenance, considering regulatory, safety, commercial, maintenance cost, and equipment performance drivers.
• Development (cost, scoping, execution planning) of system improvement projects, including completing financial cost/benefit analysis, project scope and schedule, and stakeholder buy in.
• Technical execution of system improvement projects and oversight of engineering contractors.
• Prepare and review calculations, design documents, specifications, conceptual studies, designs, reports, and proposals.
• Perform and direct equipment condition assessments, develop testing plans, perform equipment root cause failure analysis, and support.

Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training which would involve some overnight stays away from home.

Mandatory skills:

Excellent English communication skills.
