Job Summary For one of our clients, a global player in the construction industry we are seeking an Assistant for Earthworks Construction to support the project manager in coordinating earthworks activities on highway construction sites, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to oversee earthworks activities.
• Assist in planning earthmoving operations and maintaining construction schedules.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications and conduct safety inspections.
• Manage project paperwork, including permits and quality control records.
• Work with equipment operators and suppliers to optimize processes and ensure material availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management certification is a plus.
• Experience in earthworks construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Romanian and English languages mandatory

Location Timisoara.
