Quality Control Assistant Supervisor  (Pre-Pour)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Quality Control Assistant Supervisor  (Pre-Pour) to lead our Pre-Pour and Lab Inspectors. This key role ensures that all quality standards are met during the pre-pour process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and workload to minimize overtime.
• Train and support inspectors, addressing daily inquiries.
• Conduct weekly safety toolbox talks.
• Collaborate with engineering on revisions.
• Audit concrete quality and oversee pre-pour and lab procedures.
• Manage curing processes and moisture content readings.
• Assist with mix design testing and daily reports.
• Conduct yard walks and organize steel shop audits. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in the precast industry, with at least 1 year in management.
• Ability to obtain ACI, PCI Level I and II certifications within 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
