For an important international Energy company, we are currently looking for a Commissioning Supervisor / Turnover Coordinator to work in Boca del Rio, Veracruz.  If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

The Turnover coordinator functionally reports to the Integration and Commissioning Manager for projects. This role is responsible for developing the commissioning manual, other deliverables as well as identifying and onboarding key team members in the execution of the commissioning plan and schedule for the Pipeline and Facilities.
The role will be the responsible party for implementation of the Company’s safety, quality and commissioning procedures. Functionally, the role will coordinate activities of the commissioning service providers and vendors.  They will maintain alignment with the project team through coordinating directly with the Integration and Commissioning Manager and all internal and stakeholders to achieve on-time system integration and start-up.  

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering as recognized by SEP (professional license/ID) preferred with a minimum of 4 years’ experience; relevant experience QAQC/Turnover activities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English at a conversational level or better.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the interface between construction and commissioning during Green Tag application.
• Coordinate the information needed for update the Commissioning Procedures projects.
• Coordinate Commissioning records for PTM.
• Tracking the Punch List items once the Valves sites, facilities or interconnection it’s green tagged until Memorandum J application.
• Liaise between the on-site Commissioning Lead Team, Construction Manager, Vendor Representatives, and Owner Technical Representatives to resolve technical issues in a manner that minimizes the impact to construction baseline time and budget
• Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Able to demonstrate leadership in a team-based environment.
• Be familiar with current industry quality standards and practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Computer data base systems (i.e. InfoWorks, Microsoft XL, and Word).
