Job Description

For one of our clients, an engineering company with developing projects in the EMEA area, for HV substations as part of Power Transmission and Distribution Network, we are looking for:

• ABB MicroSCADA Engineer – Responsible for designing, configuring, and commissioning ABB MicroSCADA systems.

• Bus Bar Protection Engineer – Configuration, installation, and testing of bus bar protection systems (Siemens, ABB, Toshiba, GE).

• ICS/SAS/SCADA Engineer – Design and implementation of ICS/SAS/SCADA systems (Siemens, GE, Hitachi).

Location: remote for the main period of engineering works, and in the United Emirates for the works related to FAT, installation and commissioning.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience in ABB MicroSCADA systems – design, configuration and commissioning (for ABB MicroSCADA Engineer)

Experience in configuring, installing and commissioning of the bus bar protection systems made by Siemens, ABB (Hitachi), Toshiba, GE (for Bus Bar Protection Engineer)

Experience in ICS / SAS / SCADA systems (made by Siemens, GE, Hitachi) – design, configuration and commissioning (fos ICS/SAS/SCADA Engineer)

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication in English and teamwork abilities

Experience with international projects would be an advantage
