Electrical engineer

Scope: For the Smart Grid Division – Energy storage sector
Are you a specialist in the field of electrical engineering and do you want to be challenged with complex electrical installations?
 
What are you going to do?
As a technical specialist in electrical engineering, you will work on designing and calculating complex electrical installations – to get the best possible picture of the project and the customer’s wishes. In this role you are responsible for the following tasks:

• performing calculations on electrical networks
• calculating and selecting correct cable installation through simulations
• drawing up electrical security plan projects
• translating customer-specific questions for 10kV/20kV grid connections or networks into creative and functional solutions registration of incoming and outgoing project documents
• developing customer-specific low-voltage and medium-voltage distribution installations.
• sizing transformers and inverters for battery storage systems
• applying both NEN and IEC standards in relation to grid connections

What do we ask of you?

• HBO education in electrical engineering (energy technology).
• at least 3 years of work experience in project-based work.
• Knowledge and experience with Vision and Matlab
• Communicative
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written
