Job Summary:

Join our team in Sweden as a Field Service Technician, where you’ll work on cutting-edge medium-high voltage installations and energy storage systems. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch service to the customers, ensuring high-quality integration of the products and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality during on-site installations.
• Generate detailed technical reports, including inspections, measurements, commissioning, and deviations.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers during project activities.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues, collaborating with third parties when necessary.
• Perform measurements and testing of electrical installations.
• Provide remote technical support to customers when required.

Requirements:

• A technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, electricity, electrical engineering, or automation.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Flexibility with working hours, including participation in on-call service rotations.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• A valid driver’s license (Category B).
