Job Description

As an Installation Supervisor, you will take on a crucial role in ensuring electrical installations meet regulatory standards, managing maintenance and inspections, and providing technical expertise for innovative projects such as Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and Smart Grid implementations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, such as NEN 3140.
• Organizing and overseeing inspections, maintenance activities, and fault resolutions.
• Offering technical guidance to project teams during installations and commissioning.
• Driving continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Acting as the main contact for technical inquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A technical degree (MBO-4 or HBO) in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising electrical installations.
• Certification in NEN 3140 or a willingness to obtain it.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
