About The Role

For an important international Energy company, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to work in Mexico. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

To be successful in this Role, you need:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

10 years of experience in pipeline projects.

Experience in design, construction, operation, and maintenance of oil/gas pipeline.

Experience in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators

Ability to coach and mentor staff in performance and development.

General knowledge of applicable natural gas industry construction practices.

General knowledge of engineering design standards and applicable codes and regulations of the pipeline construction.

Strong leadership skills: ability to create a vision, clearly communicate the direction and drive to achieve the goal.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Define the necessary strategies to execute the project according to the schedule and the cost approved.

Implement an adequate coordination of the activities developed by the different managers and contractors who are interacting in the different areas of the project, as well as in the interface.

Ability and experience managing complex and dynamic projects with significant stakeholder management.

Coach and mentor staff in their performance and development

Manage all resources (people, financial, material and time) to ensure maximum efficiency in planning, forecasting and allocation.

Ensure the development of an appropriate Project Execution Plan that includes strategies for the development and implementation phases of the project.

Mandatory skills:

Excellent English communication skills.
