Recruitment Business Partner

Key responsibilities

– Complete 360 recruitment cycle

– Excelling in stakeholder management with internal and external parties

– Talent sourcing and headhunting using various social platforms and job boards to find

niche talent

– Managing and coordinating with the ATS (Application Tracking Software), ensuring all data

is entered correctly

– Collaborate with various internal departments: finance, marketing and operations – for

various recruitment activities and needs

– Conducting market/recruitment analysis for different sectors when necessary to identify

opportunities to grow or increase effectiveness

– Collaborate and support colleagues at our global recruitment offices, such as Romania,

Monaco and the US

– Assist in various recruitment processes and marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong

talent pipeline

Desired Requirements

– At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer in a recruitment office

– Comfortable with sourcing and headhunting talent through various media (job boards,

social media, personal networks)

– Knowledge of working in the oil & gas and renewables sector and nuclear sector

– Command of the English and French languages

– You are highly proactive and independent, with the ability to work with different teams
