Sales Manager (switchgears & Busbar)

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead the Business unit (switchgear and busbar systems) sales and development in KSA.

· Spec-in and generate demand for Company’s Power distribution solutions (switchgear and busbar systems) with end clients and consultants.

· Lead sales activities with existing clients and add new clients in the switchgear panel builders/contractors segment to achieve target revenue in KSA.

· Develop market share and grow sales with energy clients active in the power sector, including power plants, power grids, renewable energy, and battery storage.

· Design the right strategy for switchgear and busbar products tailored to the KSA market.

· Provide market intelligence and represent the KSA business unit.

· Lead marketing activities for KSA business unit in collaboration with our marketing manager.

Requirements:

· Electrical background (preferably a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering).

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the KSA market.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in the switchgear business (low voltage power distribution).

· In-depth market knowledge, especially with switchgear panel builders and electrical contractors, and established contacts in this field.

· Strong technical knowledge of the switchgear business (low voltage power distribution).

· Techno-commercial sales skills, with a focus on value proposition.

· A positive attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn.

· Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is preferable.
