Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor who will be focusing on embankment and asphalt works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the project.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Oversee all aspects of embankment and asphalt work on the highway construction site.
• Quality Assurance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, including a comprehensive electronic register of site operations.
• Verify that all project work matches the specifications outlined in the project documentation.
• Assist in project layout and placement of reference points, ensuring accurate implementation of project plans.
• Inspect and ensure all project documents, from technical plans to the paperwork required for obtaining necessary permits, are in order.
• Review and verify technical expertise and project details, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
• Monitor the quality of materials used, ensuring they meet project requirements. Manage the proper storage of materials and products in case of project delays or suspensions.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with relevant technical regulations and safety standards. Stop work if non-compliance is detected and prepare non-conformity reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in highway/road construction, with a focus on embankment and asphalt works.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Relevant certifications in construction supervision and safety management.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
