Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BD Manager ( European candidates only) who will liase with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit the client. You  will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands the company’s reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains the sales professionals. You will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set the company apart.
 
Main Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and oversee a regional business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
• Improve sales revenue
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
• Train sales professionals and help improve their skills

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Submarine Power Cable industry or commercial working experience in Offshore Wind Farm / Interconnector / Oil&Gas projects of Developers / TSOs /EPCI Contractors.
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in English, Chinese would be a plus
• Submarine Power Cable Market or Offshore Wind Farm industry knowledge in Europe
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Power cable system engineering experience and/or tendering background is plus.
