Talent Acquisition and Administration Specialist

Job Description and Tasks:

Experience of minimum 2 years as Talent Acquisition in modern organized  Company, better if from construction sector, good English command, local from Oradea or outskirts of Oradea. High school or bachelor degree in humanistic discipline, better if he/she has labor law specialization. He/she must be familiar with all recruitment process: interacting with hiring manager, writing job description, collecting all internal authorization (he need to be easy with word, excel, Docusign), able to use Linkedin recruiter or similar local recruiting platform, ability to perform a job interview, ability to assess and evaluate salary request and proposal. He/she will manage also other administrative aspects, such drafting   letter of offer and writing and maintenance of employment contract and annex, registration and all other burocratic aspects. He/she will not deal with payroll. He/she will report to HR Project Manager (me). Theoretically she/he should become the “right hand” of HR Mgr and his potential replacement once Project will be year 2 after start.

Requirements

Excellent communicator, empathic and transparent, must have good knowledge of local resources environment but open also to be involved by HR Mgr in international assessment of candidates. Hand on approach and self-started attitude. Willing to learn, IT HR tools skilled. Strong integrity and professionalism, especially in recruiting. English is a must and Italian would be preferred.
