Territory Sales Manager (Enclosures & Climate controls)

PURPOSE:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical sales (Enclosures, Climate controls), a deep understanding of the industrial Saudi market(Eastern province), and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

This role will involve managing and expanding our customer base, developing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. *Sales Strategy Development:*

o    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence & expands our channel partners & our global key accounts base in Saudi Arabia Market

    – Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

 2. *Customer Relationship Management:*

  – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

 – Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term business relationships

 3– Strong relation with Panel Builders, System Integrators, contractors, Consultant and end user to spec in Products.

 4-Meet / Exceed Annual business goals and targets for the assigned accounts in Saudi Arabia and any other assigned accounts as required by the management.

5 Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, projects pipeline to my Management on weekly/ monthly basis.

6– Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans for stocking, projects to meet sales goals.

7– Organize technical meetings, seminars periodically to increase Rittal awareness and presence in Saudi market.

8– Manage the proposal process and develop strategies to ensure we make the most competitive technical and commercial offerings.

9– Initial engagements with Consultants/ End user to participate in tenders.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Experience of at least 8-10 years preferably with a Channel Partner / Similar Industry Supplier  

·         Technical Knowledge on IEC standards/ design etc

·         Exposure on Working with CRM systems and MS Office

·         Good communication and presentation skills
